Federal Government: The U.S. American Workforce Policy Advisory Board launched a groundbreaking approach, the Learning and Employment Record (LER), to help learners map their skills and career pathways to jobs with the roadmap to get there.

States: iQ4 provides the infrastructure for a skills-based learning and working economy. Indiana is currently utilizing our LER platform. At the same time, Connecticut uses our Applied Learning Academy to discover, engage, develop, and retain great talent.
